All of our sea kayak surface is glossy and shinny.The molds are made of casting aluminum, the overall mold quality can be seen on finalized kayaks, holes are almost invisible on the kayak.For sit on top kayaks, the deck mold will be of matte surface with Teflon, while hull mold will be glossy surface.

Shipping analysis:- for small but urgent packages, ship by air or by delivery companies like Fedex, DHL, and UPS etc.- for containers shipping to Europe in high demand, shipping by train is recommended.It's a 14-21 days trip, but freight is much higher than sea shipping. - for well planned orders, shipping by sea is the most practical way.

Single layer Solid LDPE shell, which is widely applied to most short boats 2 layers LDPE shell with 1 inner layer of PE foam, better rigidity and lighter weight than solid LDPE. 3 layers 2 layers of LDPE with 1 layer of PE foam in the middle, the 3rd layer of solid LDPE makes inner side smooth.

Logo made on our kayaks We found a way to print durable logo on PE surface by silk screen printing in single color, logo size is limited. For bigger size and permanent logos, we'll use MIG.
